Most border delays are not caused by customs. They are caused by the handoff between the shipper, the customs broker and the truck. We manage that handoff for you. You tell us who your broker is, and we schedule the load around their clearance so it reaches the border ready to cross.
We move a single pallet or a full truckload in our own dry vans, with live tracking from pickup through to delivery. Because we run the equipment ourselves, nobody re-brokers your freight and nobody loses it in a partner network.

Are you a customs broker?
No. We work alongside your licensed customs broker. You give us their details and we coordinate the timing, paperwork handoffs and updates with them.
How fast is cross-border delivery?
Next-morning delivery from Surrey to Washington and Oregon, and two to three days to Idaho.
Can I ship just a few pallets across the border?
Yes. We carry LTL shipments and price them per pallet, so you only pay for the space you use.
What paperwork do I need to provide?
A commercial invoice and packing list for the shipment, plus your customs broker's contact details. Your broker files the entry; we make sure the truck and the paperwork arrive together.
