How much does LTL freight from Surrey cost?
LTL is priced per pallet, based on the space your freight uses and the lane it travels. There are no fuel surcharges. Send your pallet count, dimensions, weight and destination and you will have a firm price within the hour.
How fast can you deliver to the United States?
Next morning to Washington and Oregon, and two to three days to Idaho, from a Lower Mainland pickup.
Do you handle customs clearance?
We are a carrier, not a customs broker. You keep your own licensed broker and we coordinate the PARS or PAPS timing with them so your load crosses without waiting at the line.
Can you unload a container and deliver the freight?
Yes. We coordinate the drayage from the Port of Vancouver to our Surrey dock, where our own crew unloads 20, 40 or 45 ft containers, sorts and palletises the freight, and our trucks deliver it across BC, Alberta and the US.
Do you offer cross-docking?
Yes. Freight arriving at our Surrey dock is checked, sorted by destination and loaded straight onto our outbound trucks. If it needs to wait, it can go into our warehouse in the same building.
What is the minimum shipment size?
One pallet. We carry anything from a single pallet up to a full truckload in our own dry vans.
Do you pick up the same day?
Yes, across the Lower Mainland, subject to the time you book. Langley, Surrey and Delta are closest to our dock and easiest at short notice.
Which areas do you serve?
Pickup across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Delivery to Washington, Oregon and Idaho cross-border, and Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario domestically.
